From Biotech to Building Better Systems
I spent 7 years in biotech drug discovery before an MBA and a pivot landed me in marketing — doing everything from email to events to logo design at a company launching a new subsidiary. Then I implemented Pardot and Salesforce from scratch. That's when everything clicked.
I realized I wasn't just good at marketing — I was good at building the systems that make marketing work. That insight led me to a dedicated MarOps role at NICE, and eventually to founding MarketingMinds.
